Who delivers my item and what are the delivery times?

What happens if no one is home?
Don't worry, your items will be left in your PO Box if they are small enough. Otherwise, your package will be left at your post office where you can collect it.
I entered the wrong delivery address, what should I do?
Don't panic, if your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us immediately and we will be happy to update your information. Otherwise and in accordance with our general conditions of sale, once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, no further changes can be made.
There are items missing from my order, where are they?
We confirm that all items in your order are sent at the same time, regardless of the model or type of product, as long as they are included in the same order. If you have any questions, our customer service is at your disposal to help you.
How to apply your promo code?
Once this action is done, validate your selection by clicking on "Payment". The payment page will open and you will be able to take full advantage of this offer by entering its code, which will automatically apply the reduction.
