How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days in France and 2 to 8 days worldwide.

Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?

France: standard Colissimo delivery, 2 to 4 working days, €8.80. Worldwide: 2 to 8 working days, €15.

Who delivers my order?

Your order is delivered by your local postal service, on its usual terms.

What if nobody is home?

Small parcels are left in your letterbox. Otherwise the parcel goes to your post office for you to collect.

I gave the wrong delivery address. What now?

If your order has not shipped yet, contact us straight away and we will update it. Once it has shipped, it can no longer be changed.

How do I use a promo code?

Go to checkout from your bag, then enter your code on the payment page: the discount applies automatically.

Is the site secure?

Yes. Every page is served over HTTPS and payments go through Stripe.

How can I pay?

Card, PayPal and Apple Pay. We do not accept cheques, bank transfers or payment on delivery.

Can I return an item?

You have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase. Items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging. Write to us at denesfit@gmail.com.
