**Article 1 - Scope**
These general conditions of sale apply to all sales concluded on the website Denes-fit.com , between DENES (SAS) and the consumer.
**Article 2 - Orders**
You can order on the website Denes-fit.com . The ordering process takes place in several stages: choice of products, validation of the basket, identification, choice of delivery method, verification and acceptance of the T&Cs, and finally, payment.
**Article 3 - Price**
The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs. All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in euros.
**Article 4 - Payment**
Payment is due immediately on the date of the order. You may pay by credit card or any other method indicated on the site at the time of ordering.
**Article 5 - Delivery**
We deliver our products in France and abroad. The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process, within one week to ten working days. Delivery times are given for information purposes only.
**Article 6 - Withdrawal and reimbursement**
In accordance with current legislation, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay a penalty. The products must be returned in their original condition and complete. The return costs are your responsibility. In the event of withdrawal, [Name of your company] will reimburse the sums paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days from notification of your request for withdrawal and receipt of the returned products.
**Article 7 - Guarantees**
All products supplied benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee of hidden defects. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned and exchanged or refunded.

DENES is responsible for the proper performance of the obligations resulting from the contract concluded remotely, whether these obligations are to be performed by itself or by other service providers, without prejudice to its right of recourse against them.

The information and data concerning you are necessary for the management of your order and our commercial relations. In accordance with the law "Informatique et Libertés", you have the right to access, modify and delete information concerning you.
**Article 10 - Dispute Resolution**
These online sales conditions are subject to the
French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. In the absence of an agreement, any dispute relating to their interpretation and/or execution shall be brought before the competent courts.
**Article 11 - Modification of the General Conditions of Sale**
DENES reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale at any time. The new conditions will apply to all orders placed after the date of modification.

All elements of the site Denes-fit.com , whether visual or audio, including the underlying technology, are protected by copyright, trademarks or patents and are the exclusive property of DENES.
**Article 13 - Buyer's Acceptance**
These general terms and conditions of sale and the prices are expressly agreed and accepted by the buyer, who declares and acknowledges having perfect knowledge of them, and therefore waives the right to rely on any contradictory document, which would be unenforceable against DENES.
By validating his order, the buyer acknowledges having read, understood and accepted the T&Cs without limitation or condition.
